We offer flexible transportation methods for our small and medium-sized machines, including full container transportation and LCL (Less than Container Load) transportation. For full container shipments, we typically do not use wooden boxes. Instead, we wrap machine spare parts with protective materials to prevent collisions, strategically place them within the container, and secure both the machine and its parts with strapping or iron wire to prevent movement and damage during transit.

For LCL transportation, the machine is encased in a wooden box with extra protective wrapping around spare parts to guard against collisions. The machine is then secured with reinforcement measures to ensure safe delivery.

Products Workflow Chart

Firstly, we prepare raw materials such as steel plates, channel steel, pipes, and other necessary accessories. These plates are then cut using laser cutters, plasma cutters, or plate shearers according to the design specifications.
