Packaging & Shipping

Given the compact nature of our machines, we offer two transportation methods: full container and LCL. For full container shipments, we forego wooden boxes, opting instead to wrap machine parts in protective materials, strategically placing them within the container and securing them with straps or iron wire to prevent movement and collisions.

For LCL transportation, the machine is carefully packed in a wooden box, with parts wrapped for collision prevention and securely reinforced.

Firstly, we prepare raw materials including steel plates, channel steel, pipes, and other essential components. The plates are then precision-cut using state-of-the-art laser cutters, plasma cutters, or plate shearers as per the design specifications.
