Firstly, we prepare raw materials such as steel plates, channel steel, pipes, and other essential accessories. Plates are then precisely cut using advanced laser cutters, plasma cutters, or plate shearers as per the design specifications.
Subsequently, plates are bent into shape, and axis parts are meticulously processed through lathing, milling, and drilling. Machine components are then either welded or bolted together to form the structure.
