Packaging & Shipping

For transportation, we offer two methods: full container and LCL (Less than Container Load). In full container shipments, we forgo wooden boxes, instead, we wrap machine parts with protective materials and secure them within the container using strapping or iron wire to prevent any collision.

For LCL transportation, the machines are carefully packed into wooden boxes, with additional wrapping for machine parts to avoid collisions. Reinforcement measures are taken to secure the machine inside the box.

Firstly, we prepare raw materials including steel plates, channel steel, and pipes, along with other necessary accessories. These materials are precisely cut using laser cutters, plasma cutters, or plate shearers as per the design specifications.
Subsequently, the plates are bent into shape, while axis parts undergo lathing, milling, and drilling processes. The various machine parts are then meticulously welded or bolted together.
Once all parts are finished and the main frame is ready, they are painted or coated. The final steps involve machine assembly and rigorous testing.
