Packaging & Shipping

Our compact and medium-sized machines are shipped via two methods: full container and LCL transportation. For full container shipping, we forego wooden boxes in favor of wrapping spare parts to prevent damage, strategically placing them within the container, and securing them with strapping or iron wire.

For LCL transportation, each machine is carefully encased in a wooden box with additional wrapping for spare parts to prevent collisions. Securing measures are applied to ensure the machine's safety during transit.

Products Workflow Chart

Firstly, raw materials like steel plates, channel steel, pipes, and other accessories are prepared. Plates are then cut using a laser cutter, plasma cutter, or plate shearer based on the design specifications.
Subsequently, plates are bent into shape, and axis parts are machined through lathing, milling, and drilling. The machine components are then welded or bolted together.
Upon completion of all parts and assembly of the main frame, the components are painted/coated. The next stages involve machine assembly and rigorous testing.
Once the machine passes quality control, it is packaged and ready for shipment.
