Product Description

1. Main function
The machine is mainly used to remove the root, stem and leaf, dust, big impurities, sand, small impurities, broken grains, half grains and other impurities in seeds, so as to get clean seeds.It can also be used for seed size screening, grading and calibration.

2.Main structure:

 1,elevator 2,double air screen 3, cyclone 4, control box 5, vibration screen 6, seed output part 7, air fan

3.Working process:
Feeding seeds by elevator hopper,then it is lifted by bucket elevator into seed distributed box,in which seed is distributed into air screen evenly.In air screen,light impurities is separated from seed under the action of air blowing and discharged from cyclone discharge valve.The remain seeds is gone into vibration sieve box.In vibration sieve box,large impurities,small impurities and good seed are separated by mesh screen of different size under the action of vibration,and be discharged from different outlet.
Machine only need change different size of sieve to process different kinds seed.
